Once you have made part advance payment, you can continue to book further, without making any more payments until dispatch. We will not be able to hold any items, without advance payment. And no cancellation after booking.
- Exchange only for plain items if done within 2 days of receiving.

- Actual product colours and measurements may vary slightly. Let us know if you want to see actual photo/video or a video call of your ordered items.
- First wash dry-clean to fix/catch colour spread and remove any stains caused while making. Wash inside-out and do not spin or wring.
- Check everything before washing stitched clothes and before stitching unstitched materials.
- Though we carry out various checks on our products, sometimes you may receive a wrong or defective item. If so, please inform us soon. We can work out some way to get it corrected or compensated.
