- Once bill is settled -> Agent will pick up, pack and send to courier company -> Package gets connected to a flight -> You receive tracking SMS. Each step can take a day or two.
Shipping rates fluctuate. Your bill includes estimated shipping cost. Sometimes if actual shipping cost as per weight/volume varies after dispatch, difference will be adjusted as suitable. In some countries you may have to pay duty at your end.
Important for international and domestic shipping:
- We use Anjani Courier service for domestic and a reliable agent for international. However we are not liable for any delay/loss occurring in transit. If you have any preferred shipping service, we can handover to them.
- After dispatch, tracking number for domestic parcels will be forwarded to you same day. Please track the parcel yourself using the tracking number and coordinate with the courier branch at your end if any delay, house locked, etc. For international parcels, shipping company will text you the tracking number when the parcel reaches your country depot.
- Let us clearly know if you want urgent delivery. We can use express service at extra cost.
